Absolutely amazing experience, took my mum for a deep conditioning treatment and blue dry because she was feeling unhappy with her hair a recent cut & colour elsewhere. The staff helped her get her sparkle back 🌟 they recommended a toner and got her colour how she wanted it in the first place and recommend a shampoo to keep it looking lovely. They spent time explaining to her what was achievable and what wasn't while her hair grows out. It was great to see her so happy afterwards. Not to mention my hair felt great after a conditioning treatment too. Nicole was amazing 🤩

The colour is the perfect shade of blonde which she has been wanting for a long time as she always finds it turns out brassy, it’s definitely not brassy this time around.
