I originally went in for a Japanese head spa but there was an issue with machine. I was offered a head massage and hair treatment instead. Gabriel was lovely and sweet and I was very relaxed through out my experience and my hair felt great after.I also wear the hijab and the staff where very accommodating with lowering the blinds ect... definitely will be back.

Fantastic as always. I visit Lena once every month for a back, neck and shoulder massage and perfect every time. Especially good for getting the stress out of the gym and shift work. Can't wait for next month x

Michelle is so attentive and warm. Being able to work every knot I had with a hot stone massage. Then followed by an amazing Indian head massage. I experienced Reiki for the first time which was a very powerful experience. With each part of the 2 hours I spent receiving these treatments, I felt cared for and looked after from Michelle. Would highly recommend.

I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. I’ve been going to see Tina for massages and facials for years, she has the most wonderful calm healing energy and holds such a lovely safe space for all of her clients. She makes all of her own holistic products and guides you through a full body relaxation before getting to work on all your aches and pains. She’s incredible at what she does and I’m so fortunate she’s based in Glasgow!

Had a great session with Xenia. Really holistic approach to the massage, talked through where I felt needed focus and took time to check in during the session. She worked out areas of tension I didn't even realise I had without needing any heavy handedness. She's really intuitive in her approach, so the massage is very tailored to your body's needs. Never been so relaxed and felt so peaceful whilst also getting the tension release of a deep tissue massage.

The therapist was very good explaining the process to.me, checking if I would be ok with brief meditation to begin and explaining the purpose of this. I thought the set up of the space to be exceptionally professional and the environment v much helped me to relax. I almost immediately felt relief from the head massage manipulation, clearing / draining my sinuses. I slept very deeply for 15 hr afterwards and I am conscious of my need to rest for the next few days. I will definitely book this again regularly

First time trying leg recovery therapy and I absolutely loved it. Now one of my favourite therapies. Feel so much lighter and tension free in the legs 😊

This was my fourth full body wax appointment with Ewelina and I have never felt so relaxed! Ewelina always finishes the wax by massaging oil on the areas so you leave relaxed

Tina is just so lovely and caring and always makes sure you are welcomed into her little space.. Feel very relaxed after a head massage or the ASMR massage would recommend going to see her for some TLC.

Xen is incredible! From the moment I arrived, the space felt calm and welcoming. She knew exactly what my body needed—just the right pressure and expert attention to my stiff shoulders. Her touch was both intuitive and skilled, relieving deep stress while creating a safe, relaxing atmosphere. I slept like a baby that night and left feeling lighter, looser, and more at peace. Hanna did a beautiful job with my hair. It was frizzy and not looking great before I went in, I had a half head of highlights done, she gave me great advice on my extensions and my own hair, and best of all she got my hair looking sleek and shiny and feeling great. I have been going to Salon @ No.1 for about a year now, I go every 8 weeks, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. All the staff are lovely, fantastic at their jobs, the salon is clean and comfortable and the prices are very reasonable.

Visited Tina for the first time for a facial after being recommended to me, she made me very welcome and at ease straight away greeted me with a hug this lady has such beautiful energy. Tina spoke me through what she would be doing during this and all the products she would be using and all their ingredients which are all organic and made by herself. Facial was incredible which also includes head massage neck and shoulders while you lay on a heated bed left feeling so relaxed and much lighter can’t wait to return for another. Highly recommend

WOW! The service I received was unbelievable from Shabana. Firstly I stated I have an allergy to Linalool and Shabana went out her way to find me an oil that would be suitable for my skin with less than 24hrs notice may I add! Shabana showed me the oil to prove it was safe. Even contacted me throughout the day to give me options. She also contacted the supplier and spoke to consultants in the company. She really went above and beyond and it showed how much she really cares about her clients. Thank you again Shabana🩷

Gabriella removed my gel nails and filed my own nails into a nice shape put a nice oil on nails and hands was lovely relaxing hour would definitely recommend she’s so nice and does a really professional job
