Exceptional first visit to Jamie at NOVO Therapy. I was fortunate to secure an on-the-day appointment for my day off when I was really struggling with neck and back pain. Excellent communication and easy booking journey. Lovely treatment room and a warm welcome. The treatment was tailored, insightful and Jamie clearly knew what he was doing. First time. Been let down and disappointed in various salons Southside so tried yet another but nearer my partner's home. Booked just yesterday for today Saturday. Ashley was on her own and ran slightly behind as happens, was apologetic and clearly a lovely girl, could see the way she treated previous client then myself and I knew she would do a good job blow drying my crazy curly hair straight! Good shampoo beforehand, why is it so impossible to get a decent shampoo? I have arthritis and lots of hair so appreciated this! Very friendly, definately happy to go back, even to look forward to it!
