Exceptional first visit to Jamie at NOVO Therapy. I was fortunate to secure an on-the-day appointment for my day off when I was really struggling with neck and back pain. Excellent communication and easy booking journey. Lovely treatment room and a warm welcome. The treatment was tailored, insightful and Jamie clearly knew what he was doing. Hi as always had a fab time, laughed, chatted and left feeling brand new! Laser is really showing it working now with hair much lighter in colour and taking longer to come back in!! I also had a jelly mask today with my facial which was lovely! My skin feels amazing Thanks ladies xx

I didn’t realise how much I needed some “me” time. Rooms lovely and cosy . The 90 mins is bliss! Debbie had a friendly warm approach . Loved my Indian head and reflexology. Can’t wait for to try the lymphatic drainage .

I had a back, neck and shoulders massage today with Cheryl who was lovely and made me feel welcome as soon as I entered the clinic. The massage itself was excellent, I felt so relaxed afterwards. I slept for 2 hours when I got home! One of the better massages I’ve had over the years.

I discovered Shery’s beauty through a Groupon deal and have never looked back. Fariba is exceptional and my nails have NEVER looked better or stayed in tact like they do here. I get my eyebrows done here also and again, perfect job and the shape has been done perfectly for the 1st time ever. I love this salon, everyone is so friendly.
