This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Had the best experience today (once again!) The whole team is absolutely amazing! Got the prettiest natural highlights today - Judith is truly amazing at what she does. She listens to you and always does an amazing job! I also got a scalp cleaning treatment - so relaxing and amazing if you have psoriasis or a dry scalp. This place is aesthetic, amazing vibes and sensitive, psoriasis hair approved! 😁

I just had an incredible deep tissue massage focused on my neck, shoulders and back with Kellie and I can’t recommend her highly enough! My experience with Zavana is always fantastic. Not only is she personable and easy to be around, but she is easily the most skilled massage therapist I’ve ever had. Affordable, professional, friendly, communicates well RE pressure, etc. Will definitely recommend and be back. Note Chinese massage is different to Swedish, more pressure focussed / a bit like deep tissue or sports massage which is great.
