I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. I'm delighted to see how well she and her team have settled into their new premises, which perfectly reflect their ethos and quality of treatments. I wish you all a long, happy and fruitful future.

I always go to Jen for full body massage once a month. Jen is absolutely amazing and the best massage therapist I have been to, I won't go to anyone else. She makes you feel so relaxed and at peace and really works hard to make you feel satisfied. She works on the parts of your body you want working on and more pressure applied. The massage is always beautiful makes me feel so relaxed, zen and at peace. I love every time I go for my full body massage, I have fibromyalgia and it makes my body feel so relaxed. I highly recommend Jen! She's the best :)

I had an amazing full body massage with Jen whic was the perfect way to wrap up my Christmas break. From start to finish, Jen’s skill and attentiveness were truly exceptional. She was able to apply just the right amount of pressure—firm where needed, yet gentle and relaxing in other areas. It was evident she really listened to my body and adjusted her technique accordingly. The new location was also fantastic—cozy, welcoming, and with a serene atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease the moment I walked in. It felt like a personal retreat, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed.

Always a pleasure going for massage with Jen. She's amazing and really the best massage therapist I been to. I won't go to anyone else as Jen is exceptional. I always feel so relaxed and sleepy during the massage, the environment is so peaceful and ambient with music on and I just unwind and de stress and feel completely relaxed. My body feels less tension and so relaxed afterwards and I sleep really well. I highly recommend Jen as a massage therapist. As always amazing Jen thank you so much.

So happy with my nails and lash lift, both are the best I’ve had in Swansea.

Izzy is so lovely and really great at nails I felt so comfortable the whole time a really great experience

I had a facial peel and it was amazing! From the products used to the professional and considerate way that Isabella treated me. The whole experience was relaxing and my skin afterwards was glowing and felt great. I will definitely be having that treatment again.

I would highly recommend a facial from Issie, my skin felt incredibly soft afterwards and for the days following. The whole experience was extremely comfortable and relaxing, I didn’t want it to end!!🤍
