Recently had a 'Germaine de Capuccini' facial at The Midland Hotel, Manchester as part of a Spa Day. The day was lovely, but the facial treatment wasn't as relaxing or soothing as the amazing (Germaine de Capuccini) facial that I have with monthly with Sammy. It goes to show that it's the skill of the Therapist who makes all the difference, not where you have it!) ♥

The difference in my body over 48 hours is incredible! Came to Jen for a lymphatic drainage & deep tissue back massage - I was dubious initially about how effective the MLD massage would be but how wrong I was! I've struggled with bloating and upper back/neck/shoulder pain for a few months, as well as some fluid retention and lower back pain for a lot longer. Within 24 hours my body felt a lot less puffy and my bloating gradually subsided. The mild "niggle" I had in my left shoulder also seems to have been relieved. Thank you Jen, I will definitely be back!!

Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

I have been receiving treatment from Cara as part of a marathon running plan after I had some minor issues. Cara has not only gave treatment to offer relief from soreness, at times she has given me some great advice and laid out exercises for me to incorporate in my strength training and they have fit in as part of my whole plan brilliantly and I've had really good results! A warm welcome awaited . The private clinic is a slice of heavenly peace ; gorgeous finishing touches in the room , and wonderful smells . Now for the treatment - OH MY GOODNESS : Andrea is really professional, the facial was tailor made - with incredible products that felt and smelt beautiful . I could feel the stress melt away as Andrea did a deep cleanse , before a deep massage - and then I was asleep . There was no rush to get changed as you are the only client in her private space . If you are in need of a bit of TLC ; I would absolutely recommend .

Cara was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my lower back injury. She explained how each muscle impacts each other and went through step by step what would be needed to make a full recovery.

Professional calm relaxing and felt amazing with the whole experience

Lymphatic detox massage before going on holiday just the trick some swelling minimised by wearing compression socks, minimal swelling too during my stay. Can't recommend this treatment enough relaxing massage with great results.
