I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

It’s my second time getting my nails done with Emily and all I can say is that she’s an absolute star! She’s the most talented nail artist I’ve ever had and she’s so quick at it even though we do intricate designs every time! Jordanne yet again took me to another dimension! I had my second lift and sculpt facial and it was just as incredible as the first. Pure luxury and indulgence for 90mins I was also lucky to have the full body lymphatic drainage massage and it was just as incredible. Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

I arrived late to see sadz as I’m not use to the Manchester, but she was extremely accommodating and was still able to see for my booking. She was ultra professional and kind and reassuring. I’ve only been able to give her 5 because this is the maximum score whereas she really deserves 100 out of 10. I had an appointment with Natalia today and wow! She’s so intuitive and somehow knew exactly what my body needed without me even having to explain it. The salon itself is absolutely stunning—such a luxurious space that makes the whole experience feel even more special from the moment you walk in. It really felt like a full escape, not just a treatment. It blows my mind how working on your feet can release so much tension in your head, neck, and shoulders—but it genuinely worked. I walked out feeling like I was floating! Even my Oura ring noticed the difference—wellness score boosted!

Fantastic deep tissue massage and 1.5 hours almost didn’t feel long enough! He is so skilled and a great guy, if I could give 6 stars I would!
