Shagol was amazing, she made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous with it being my first time. I also had a facial to deep cleanse my skin which was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. I didn’t know what to expect from a stretch session but knew it would be beneficial. I was right — I left feeling exceptionally lighter. In a way I’d describe as ‘fluid.’ Throughout the session, Tanya asked if the intensity was ok, ensuring my comfort was paramount. She also identified areas that held tension, giving tips on how to alleviate this. I wholeheartedly recommend. Especially if you are living with a chronic condition; don’t worry about not being able to join a session. I left feeling so happy knowing my body is more than able, despite this.

I can’t recommend Stretch Led enough. Tanya is amazing. She takes time to really listen and understand what’s going on in your body, and you never feel rushed. If you arrive feeling stiff or restricted, she works gently and intuitively to ease it away. I always leave feeling lighter and more mobile. I recommended a friend and she was wowed — she’s been back several times. Tanya truly works with skill and heart.

I had the most amazing assisted stretch session today and can’t recommend it enough! My stretch therapist Tanya took the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tightness, which made me feel like i was in great hands!! The session itself was incredible, gentle yet effective. I could feel tension being released that I didn’t know I had. By the end, my body felt looser, lighter, and more mobile. It’s the kind of relief you just can’t achieve on your own. Hands down one of the best forms of self-care I’ve done in a while, and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. I highly recommend
