I’ve been to Vivid Nails & Beauty twice now, and both times the experience has been amazing. Their work is absolutely beautiful, very professional, and done with great attention to detail. 2hr lymphatic body and facial massage with Nicole was absolutely incredible. The facial massage was the best I have ever had. The bed was heated and so comfortable. Nicole was welcoming and friendly I felt instantly comfortable and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.

First time. Been let down and disappointed in various salons Southside so tried yet another but nearer my partner's home. Booked just yesterday for today Saturday. Ashley was on her own and ran slightly behind as happens, was apologetic and clearly a lovely girl, could see the way she treated previous client then myself and I knew she would do a good job blow drying my crazy curly hair straight! Good shampoo beforehand, why is it so impossible to get a decent shampoo? I have arthritis and lots of hair so appreciated this! Very friendly, definately happy to go back, even to look forward to it!
