Amazing experience once again at Mansion Spa! This time I had upped body massage with Rohnda and I asked for a deep tissue massage. It was tough but that’s exactly what I wanted and she kept asking if the pressure was ok! Loved it and will be coming back!

It wasn’t our first visit, this was actually our third time booking with the Mansion Spa, and it just keeps getting better. Our treatments were with Debbie and Valentina, and they were both fantastic. I had the relaxing massage while my friend opted for a deep tissue massage, and we were both incredibly impressed. By the end, we felt so relaxed we genuinely didn’t want to leave. A perfect experience from start to finish… 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back again.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Best massage I’ve had in Birmingham!

I had a full body laser hair removal treatment at Swiss Laser, and it was my first time, so I was quite nervous. Safa and Mariha were absolutely amazing — they were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The results are amazing, and the whole experience was so much better than I expected. Everyone at Swiss Laser was lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal, especially if it’s your first time. You won't regret it!

I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. The massage was wonderful and the reflexology was incredible. Such a lovely, relaxing experience from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and already wanting to book again 💕
