Great experience always at Jack Rabbits Southampton. Antonio was professional, friendly and patient. He did exactly as I asked for and made me feel comfortable in asking - even though it was a simple buzz cut. Perfectionist and polite with it. Definitely recommended.

Despite Ella being poorly Heidi still managed to fit me in for a full head of foils. The amazing Willow cut my hair and did a lovely blow dry and curls . These ladies are superstars and always make you feel welcome chatting over a cuppa. Willow is amazing despite still being an apprentice and Heidi is as always bubbly and chatty. Had a wonderful experience getting pampered by Emily. She spent so long giving me the most gorgeous colour and cut. I was really nervous about a change but I really wanted something new. She listened to all my concerns and how I want my hair to feel and look, and when I wasnt too sure provided her own input to help support my decisions, and talked me through styling and products for home as well. Its been many years since I've had a proper style and I cant remember the last time I left a hairdressers feeling this happy and confident in my hair. Im so so thrilled with it. Thank you Emily!

Nicole was absolutely wonderful! Went in nervous due to previous hairdressers not having a clue on the style of cut I wanted; Nicole went through it all with me, recommendations, making me aware it needed a lot of styling. She fulfilled the cut absolutely wonderfully and guided me with my hair type/thickness etc how to style and cut it to achieve what I wanted from the reference pictures. I am exceptionally happy with my cut and will be rebooking with her in the future. Thank you Nicole!!!

This was my first time at Gould’s, Southampton so was open minded to what the service and standard would be. Without over playing it the whole experience was faultless. Phil did the cut in a way that I’ve not seen before? Other hairdressers usually just use clippers and finish with scissors but part of his process was to use the cut throat razor to start. All in all a really good hair cut and even my wife said best cut for a long time. Thank you Phil, see you soon.

Katie provided an excellent service. She is very competent. She listened how I wanted my hair styled and relayed this back to me to ensure it was as required.
