I started seeing Chloe for my weft hair extensions a few months ago, and I will never go anywhere else now. She is so professional and lovely to deal with. She’s an all rounder, so she also touches up my colour as well. I’m so happy with my hair now and it’s nice to support a small salon close to home. I highly recommend the hair rooms at Mawson!

I have never felt more confident in my hair and my self. The people there are absolutely stunning inside and out they make you feel so welcome. I felt like they were actually listening to me as well and addressing what I wanted. I will forever be a client as long as I live in Canberra. I usually feel scared going into hair salons because I feel I will be judged but with these ladies I felt instantly calm the second I walked in thank you!

I wanted to say a special thanks to all the staff at The Hair Room at Mawson today. I had a severe breakdown, and I was also very sick most of the day, nearly seizing and also my mental health was not contained. I don't remember who it was, I fell into a scary little bubble where I forgot about everything, where, who, what I was doing. But one of the lovely staff members, a lady, came and sat on the seat with me and basically held me and soothed me and was so adept, she must have done it a thousand times, but she just said, it's okay, I'm here, we're here for you, you're safe, you're okay

Lovely clean and pretty salon with great vibe. Relaxed music, not over crowded and additional personalised touches to make your experience all the more special/comfortable. Extremely happy with my hair colour, blow dry and cut. Slightly pricey but would still highly recommend!

Stacey and team are friendly and welcoming. I went in for a cut, and after discussing the challenges I was having with my curls in the top section of my hair we decided to do a perm. I was impressed that they could make the time with no notice and I'm happy with the result.

I’d been wanting to cut my hair for a while as I’d grown it out over 2 years. The length was halfway down my back and my partner loved it. David took so much care to walk us both through the process, check in about every detail of the style I wanted, and all while being fast, confident and efficient.
