Had a gorgeous pregnancy massage this morning with Rhi. I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and been suffering with back and hips pain the last few weeks so thought I'd treat myself to a massage. It was absolutely glorious and really helped with the tension in my back and hips. Can't recommend enough!

Rhi was lovely and so welcoming. My husband had a quick fix massage. She focused on the area he had pain, balanced it out and even gave him exercises to ease the area that he could do himself. I had a pregnancy massage and it was very relaxing and eased a lot of tension. Would definitely recommend and go again!

Im a regular at posture and poise and today I was having a sports massage with Rachel. I do like it with a lot of pressure to really get into the muscles and she does exactly that. She has great knowledge of the body and I highly recommend her for a decent spots massage. 10/10

Madi is warm, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the treatment and its benefits. The treatment space is calm and relaxing, making it easy to switch off and unwind. I wasn’t sure which type of treatment to take following surgery on my neck with some agitated muscles throughout. However, Ema’s approach was superb and I had a full body MOT which identified several areas requiring treatment and self awareness for recovery. Wholeheartedly recommend Ema.
