Kate and the team have been helping me to achieve my running goals for a long time now. Today was the first time I’ve had cupping as part of my massage. Time will tell if it’s made a difference but it certainly felt like it was having an effect once they had been taken off. As always, the rest of the sports massage was just what I needed. I wasn’t sure which type of treatment to take following surgery on my neck with some agitated muscles throughout. However, Ema’s approach was superb and I had a full body MOT which identified several areas requiring treatment and self awareness for recovery. Wholeheartedly recommend Ema.
