I came to Stephen with leg pain from hyrox training & also stiff neck from desk work. The treatment was fantastic and has really helped already, I’ll definitely be back in the future. Kate and the team have been helping me to achieve my running goals for a long time now. Today was the first time I’ve had cupping as part of my massage. Time will tell if it’s made a difference but it certainly felt like it was having an effect once they had been taken off. As always, the rest of the sports massage was just what I needed. I had a deep tissue massage followed by an Indian scalp massage and it was amazing. The deep tissue worked out all the tension in my back and shoulders while still being relaxing. The scalp massage was so calming I could’ve fallen asleep. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely relaxed. Such a professional and welcoming experience, I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing a proper reset.
