I highly recommend Zavana for anyone looking for a top-tier sports massage in Cape Town. This was genuinely one of the best sport / deep tissue massages I have ever received. As soon as Abigail touched my calf, what was supposed to be an inner thought, slipped as I complimented her out loud! I had thee best experience at Milka, 🥹I was in awe of how they had a heater and an electric blanket to keep conditions favorably in the chilly Cape Town weather🫶🌟

I booked a Full Pedicure and got so much more… Eurita’s hands performs miracles. The Full Pedicure consisted of a soak off, a cuticle and nail prep, foot soak and scrub, nail gel paint and a reflexology massage!!! All of this for R350!!! Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a Full Pedi by Eurita. Thank you Eurita for the amazing treatment and service. Your passion for what you do exuded throughout the treatment from start to finish.

Honestly this was probably the best deep tissue massage I ever received, and I have recieved many (around the world actually since I have taken this year to travel). Esnarth is a tiny woman, but man does she have some strength! I suffer from achey muscles especially my calves that just become stone. I was in quite a lot of pain when I came in. And she loosened my muscles, abating the pain. If i was a Cape town local I would be making an appointment every week. Alas I am only here for 1 month, but I think I will go in again on my last day.

Tasha and Blessing were both absolutely fabulous! Tasha gave me the best foot massage I’ve had this entire year - and I’m picky about my massages… it was a lovely experience, I wish my local Boa had clones of them because I keep leaving disappointed. So glad I took my mom to the Green Point branch for our pedis!

I had visited a different branch in Cape Town before and was quite disappointed with the results. However, when I went to BOA on Bree, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely manager, Savannah, who didn’t hesitate to fit me in and ensure my nails were absolutely perfect! She really made me feel heard and valued as a client! I was then assisted by Charity as my nail technician, and she was phenomenal — truly exceeded my expectations. An 11/10 experience! I highly recommend this branch. 😊
