I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

I’ve just had the most magical reflexology treatment with Michelle, and honestly, I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I drifted off to sleep on the couch. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect — the warm welcome, the soothing atmosphere, and those heavenly hot towels on my feet. The treatment itself was pure bliss. I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and with such relief in my achy feet — not to mention all the incredible holistic benefits that come with reflexology. I’ll definitely be making this a regular ritual!

Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. The menopause massage was devine. Full relaxation with the whole body being massaged, whilst having certain pressure points treated also. The oils smelt lovely and my skin is so smooth. Michelle was professional, and organised. Highly recommended.

Michelle is such a kind and lovely person. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. Her home therapy room is beautifully designed and tranquil. I had never had reflexology before and I am totally hooked on it. I can’t recommend it enough. I started getting reflexology through my pregnancy but I will definitely continue to visit Michelle after the arrival of my little one. Can’t wait to enjoy many more treatments 💕

The most incredible hot stone massage. The treatment felt completely bespoke, and Karen intuitively knew exactly where to focus. Her techniques were amazing, and I could feel how skilled she is throughout. I know I dozed off at one point, but it was that perfect kind of sleep where I was still in tune with the massage, not completely zonked out. The heat from the stones was so soothing, and the snuggly blanket made it even more relaxing—it felt like pure bliss, exactly what I needed. Thank you ❤️

Today’s treatment was everything I needed & more. Foot reflexology is always amazing & today I had the added bonus of a scalp & neck massage which soothed my woolly head. I tried Michelle's new treatment - the holistic facial was really what I needed. Skincare TLC as well as relaxation. I loved how much you recieved for this treatment as well and you can choose between a foot and leg massage or arms/hand reflexology. This treatment was really luxurious and relaxing. I came away really relaxed. I also loved the products Michelle used - Tropic and I am a convert! I will buy some of the products too.

Very good. Lovely setting - calming and relaxing. Reflexology and massage eased a lot of aches and pains.

I had a wonderful 90-minute massage with Karen, and she worked absolute wonders on my back, neck, and shoulders, where I’d been carrying a lot of tension. Her pressure was spot on, and her techniques were deeply calming. The foot massage at the end was incredibly relaxing — the perfect finishing touch to a truly restorative experience. Thank you!
