This lady goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I had a lovely foot spa to begin and followed by a back , shoulder and leg massage,which was the best I've ever had , and even the bed was heated, there was no rush at all , and she really enjoys her work so much it's lovely to see , definitely a real gem of Norwich,and couldn't recommend her enough.

I went yesterday for a head massage & today for a full body massage & both experiences were absolutely wonderful. She did an incredible job of being very attentive to each part of my body, applying the perfect amount of pressure, just overall being lovely - and honestly I feel incredible. I’m unfortunately leaving Norwich in the next month or so but I intend to come back as often as I can afford to before then! I can’t recommend enough 😊 (also both times had a really warm greeting from the receptionist which I think speaks a lot about a business!)

I highly recommend Rhi. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, caring, and professional, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my treatment was her homemade foot scrub. It felt and smelt amazing, left my feet feeling refreshed and soft. During the massage, she paid special attention to my disc bulge and hip pain, tailoring the treatment to my specific needs. Went with my daughter today for her birthday.. we both had a 90 minute full body massage and I didn’t want to leave 😊 very professional.. relaxed wonderful massage experience I’ve ever experienced.. Miriam did a wonderful back massage for me with a lovely warm back scrub too. Love the calming atmosphere and how Miriam is so friendly yet still professional. I can highly recommend Miriam. I am not keen on the booking system and having to leave bank details etc. Otherwise all brilliant!
