I had the most wonderful experience with Sam at Sage Therapies. She has such a calming, nurturing presence that you feel held from the moment you arrive. Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Lovely massage, I feel so relaxed and my shoulders feel free again! I will be booking again!

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

Used Fresha to find a massage as I was in town today and hadn’t had one for so long! Took a call from Ellie to warn me she was running slightly behind and to push the appointment back 15 mins, I really appreciated this. From the moment I arrived, Ellie explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. The massage itself was the first deep tissue massage I’ve ever had and I left feeling like a new man! I’ll be back, Ellie is a legend! Thank you.

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Sam made me feel comfortable right from the start. It is the first time I have ever had reflexology and I can safely say I will be back again. Highly recommend!
