I’ve been to Catey for massages and facials several times now and I would recommend her to anyone. She is professional, knowledgable, generally just lovely and understanding and fantastic at her craft. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for massage now as she takes genuine care of her clients. I had the most wonderful experience with Sam at Sage Therapies. She has such a calming, nurturing presence that you feel held from the moment you arrive. Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

I had a hot stones all over body masage that my daughter bought me as a present for mothers day couldn't have wished for a better massage it was amazing I suffer with lower back stiffness and after my massage it felt like I had a new back definitely helped free my back up I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a massage it was that good I didn't want to leave and I will definitely be back for future massages thankyou Catey

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!
