Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

I’ve been having Lomi-Lomi with Nat for two years, and it keeps getting better. That Nat is a gentle soul and natural healer is obvious from the start. She exudes empathy, intelligence, and care. A sense of calm envelops me even before I arrive, knowing what a blissful two hours I have to come, and how that feeling will continue throughout the day. I love that no two sessions are the same as Nat uses her intuition to give a healing and spiritual massage that leaves me feeling deeply peaceful. Lomi-Lomi is much more than a massage. If you haven’t tied it yet, I highly recommend that you do.

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Nat was fantastic, had a massage and then some reiki, went in feeling heavy, a bit stressed and flustered and suffering with fibromyalgia pain, especially in my neck, shoulders and arms . After my session my fibromyalgia pain had lessened considerably, I felt light and radiant with a spring in my step, all my stresses have gone and my energy levels have gone up to 10.
