I have been going to the same reflexologist for 15 years, and when I moved away I was concerned I wouldn’t find anybody as good… however, thank goodness for Sue! I have to say today has been one of the best reflexology appointments I have had in a very long time. I will definitely be returning as a regular. Apart from totally relaxing, I completely zoned out… Thank you Sue, and I very much appreciated the talk through afterwards when we discussed all the little anomalies that you found through my feet.

This experience was so incredibly lovely! I was slightly nervous as it was my first massage ever but I was made to feel so comfortable and we ended up have a great little gossip! Would highly recommend!

Discovering NF Therapies was an absolute game changer for me towards the end of my pregnancy. After a few disappointing pregnancy massages elsewhere, I was really hoping for a relaxing, calming self-care experience. Nina delivered. I'd say her pregnancy massage equalled if not was better than pre-pregnancy massages I've had elsewhere! She is amazing at what she does. I also treated myself to some reflexology and a facial with her and would not hesitate to rebook. Thank you so much Nina!

What a wonderful experience I had today. Sat in the most comfortable chair, had my feet soaked, wrapped in a lovely masque and heated in a wonderful warm bootie . Offered endless, hot and cold drinks. But the best bit was having the hard skin removed from my feet, toenails trimmed, cuticles sorted and a wonderful foot massage. I had a lovely catch up with Lucy “we can both talk” However, half way through I provided with a blanket and a cushion and I had a short Twilight nap “Neither awake or asleep” in total silence. What a treat. I would highly recommend.

Experienced the Japanese head spa gold package and boy is it worth it. Not only does my scalp feel squeaky clean but im so zen from the neck, shoulder, arm, hand , foot massage and facial. If you enjoy your head massage this is the treatment for you. Excellent service 👏

Wow! I had a deep tissue back massage and taster reflexology this morning ans both were amazing! Nia makes you feel comfortable right from the start and really takes into account what areas need a bit more attention, I already cant wait for my next appointment.
