Sharnnie is AMAZING!!!!!! I was diagnosed with fibro over 6 years ago, instead of managing with a cocktail of pills l decided to look at my lifestyle. Reflexology is a recent discovery, Sharnnie is the only person l have been too, and will be the ONLY person l will EVER go to. Sharnnie is helping me build a toolkit to survive the flare-ups and tackle everyday life, its a working process. After 6 sessions, the toolkit and reviewing my lifestyle, we are both happy with how my body is responding. Its a journey for me, but so glad l found Sharnnie to keep me company xx

This was my second session with Tari. We are working on a long term problem in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Very professional, caring and effective massage, giving me relief from the pain I feel in this area. I will be continuing my treatments and then making sure I go for maintenance afterwards. The hot stones are a wonderful addition, providing a soothing effect. Highly recommended for relaxation.

Sharnnie is amazing. I was struggling with both mental and physical health and thought I’d give reflexology a go - I was honestly blown away by how well I responded. The night after my first session with Sharnnie, I had my record amount of ‘deep sleep’ stage on my Apple Watch which I’d had hardly any of. Sharnnie is incredible at what she does. She has truly made a huge difference in my mental health recovery. She is kind, calm and understanding and makes you feel comfortable. She is very accommodating to my little requests: wearing my eye mask so I can relax, putting my heated and weighted blanket on me, putting my pillow behind my head, playing storm sounds on her iPad. I am not someone who is confident to ask for adjustments but Sharnnie makes me feel safe to. I would recommend her to anyone. 🩷

I visit weekly for full body massages and reflexology treatments. I find these therapies complimentary and beneficial to my physical and mental health wellbeing. Last week I indulged in another pampering session in preparation for a wedding. Once again I experienced a variety of other Treatments available, which I will no doubt be using in the near future. I had reflexology,paraffin wax on hands and feet, manicure/pedicure, gel nails and eye brow s waxed.

The treatment I receive targets my specific needs and is helping me on the road to recovery.

I always look forward to my weekly treatments. I have full body massages and reflexology. Each experience is beneficial to my physical and mental wellbeing. I suffer from several health conditions that impact on every aspect of my daily living conditions. These treatments give me pleasure and hope of facing another day. A couple of weeks ago I had my flu and covid injection. I was feeling a.lot of pain in the injection site. The following day after reflexology I was amazed the pain was no longer. I have been having these vaccinations for years and have never experienced this before.

Always feel better after a treatment, Sharnie gives sensible advice for continued self-care,until next appointment. Outstanding service.

Incredible experience. Bought as a birthday gift I was a little sceptical at first but the consultation was very detailed and professional and far more useful than a similar experience at my local GP. Throughout the treatment Sharnie was both highly informative and deeply engaging in her explanations of the science and techniques she was using and the end result was frankly amazing. The swelling in my legs was reduced, the ‘tingling’ sensation removed and the skin quality around the legs was greatly improved. Suffice to say that I have arranged further treatments for both me and my wife.

I have really enjoyed the reflexology with Sharnie.. she is a delightful person. Very professional but at the same time made me feel very at ease and comfortable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and her treatments helped me to feel relaxed and calm. She is very easy to open up to. I would definitely highly recommend her.

I have been enjoying my weekly massage experiences. I have a full body massage along with a facial lymphatic massage. I highly recommend these treatments. I find them very relaxing and refreshing 😊
