The massage room is like a haven, so relaxing and comforting. I have been having massages here regularly and it has helped so much with my arthritus in my hips back and knee. I am in significantly less pain. If you haven't been to The Pod you are definitely missing out! I honestly can't recommend Micheal and Sarah enough! Their knowledge is amazing!

had the most AMAZING massage and facial with Caroline and honestly it was 10/10 from start to finish 🤍 From the moment I walked in she made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. The massage was unreal — perfect pressure, so calming, and I left feeling like a new person. And the facial… my skin has never felt so fresh, glowy and smooth! I went in for a deep tissue massage to address the tension in my body and it exceeded my expectations. The therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure. The space was calm and very clean, which made it easy to relax. I felt noticeably better afterward and will definitely be coming back.
