Iryna is very knowledgeable about how muscle tightness presents in the body and, most importantly, how to effectively relieve this, including using alternative treatments to just massage. AMAZING..!! Without a doubt the best deep tissue massage I have ever had...It was just what I needed to release all the knots and tension in my back and neck as well as my legs. I am sure it will ache in the morning but the long term benefits will be worth it. I will definitely have this done regularly....
