I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I went for the first time on Thursday for an eye lash lift and tint and for my eye brows wax and shape and die and wowwwwweee I’m so impressed they look amazing. BEST lashlift ever! I have long unruly eyelashes that are thick, straight and grow in all directions imaginable. Every place I've been to before has always messed them up.
