Staff are brilliant, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and good at their skill set! I’ve never been to a beauty salon before and my 1st experience was perfect! Grace makes a great brew too! I was pampered, nothing was too much trouble! I had the express dermaplaning with fab results, an eyelash lift and tint and pedicure! My daughter goes to Kiki’s too for all her beauty needs and she wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10 from me 😁

Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

I had a very positive experience at Kristian’s studio. He is professional, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about his treatments. I also appreciated his individual approach, attention to detail and warm, friendly nature. I am very happy with the results of my lip treatment – they look beautiful and natural. Everything was explained to me and I felt safe and well taken care of. Krystian’s studio is very clean and you can see that he takes hygiene standards very seriously.   I highly recommend Kristian to anyone who is looking for high quality treatments and a professional approach.

First time having tattoo laser removal at the Southampton studio. Was made to feel welcome when arrived and Hannah was amazing, put me completely at ease, thankyou…see you again soon :-)

Elise was very attentive, she talked through my treatment. My nails felt smooth and looked great, very happy with the end result.

I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.

I had a really good and friendly experience at Rachael Katie Cosmetics with Mica, she was very informative and helpful. The process was very smooth and quick but Mica also took the time to discuss other questions I had about my skin and gave me some advice as well, I will be returning. Shout out to Mica for making my first time getting Botox so positive!

The wonderful HA Laser experience, now in Southampton! The new salon is gorgeous, just like Basingstoke but bigger. I went at lunchtime, and there was plenty of parking, and minutes from the motorway, perfect for lunchtime treatments! See you all in 5 weeks 🤩
