Words can not describe how I feel the next day after cupping therapy at bio-wise, any aches, pains, muscle problems do not hesitate to contact Karl, you will not regret the decision.

I had a body scrub treatment with Mariana and loved it. The treatment was relaxing, my skin felt soft and refreshed, and everything was done with great care. It’s not my first visit. Highly recommended.

A very attentive, professional massage therapist with her own comprehensive approach, works directly with the causes, always advises additional exercises as needed that help restore proper movement and distribute the load on the right muscles.

Absolutely Amazing !!! One session and the difference it’s made has been unbelievable. So having really struggled with lower back pain / sciatica for more than 15 years and having surgery , chiropractor, osteopath, physio and all other stuff many times … I can honestly say this is the best treatment I’ve ever had and my back feels amazing after just 1 session !!! I am not exaggerating that Rose is without a doubt the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She is friendly and gives amazing massages. The room is cosy and relaxing and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I hope Rose knows how good she is. Have a lovely Christmas and a lovely break.

This was my third visit to see Karl at bio-wise therapy and each time I have a session I always come out after feeling relaxed, calm and stress free, also within a couple of days my muscles always feel stress and ache free. I had an 1-hour massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean and welcoming. The therapist was professional, attentive and took the time to ask about any areas of tension before starting. The pressure was perfect throughout the session, and they really focused on the spots that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. It was exactly what I needed!
