I am not exaggerating that Rose is without a doubt the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She is friendly and gives amazing massages. The room is cosy and relaxing and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I hope Rose knows how good she is. Have a lovely Christmas and a lovely break.

Really amazing session. I'm a very anxious person and have some serious body image issues, but Mariana was able to help me relax and I was able to fully decompress and enjoy the experience. I only had an express massage as I visited on my lunch break, but that was the best decision I've made in a while. Will be doing it again, and certainly will book in a longer massage as soon as I get a chance.

I had a car crash 4 years ago I’ve had loads of physio acupuncture ect my shoulder has been restricting me with so many things even to hold my toddler , today I had an appointment with Karl words can not explain how incredible he is the treatments he has done has made me feel like a new woman I have 0 pain in my shoulder I have movement in any way I lift my arm I honestly would pay way more for this treatment then what it is he is a miracle worker . Absolutely Amazing !!! One session and the difference it’s made has been unbelievable. So having really struggled with lower back pain / sciatica for more than 15 years and having surgery , chiropractor, osteopath, physio and all other stuff many times … I can honestly say this is the best treatment I’ve ever had and my back feels amazing after just 1 session !!! This was my third visit to see Karl at bio-wise therapy and each time I have a session I always come out after feeling relaxed, calm and stress free, also within a couple of days my muscles always feel stress and ache free. Once again I can’t express how amazed I am with the results of the cupping therapy I have had two whole weeks pain free Karl is a very polite happy friendly also very professional my Sessions are always on time and he also shares a lot about the benefits of the therapy and shares in a way for myself to understand I would highly recommend people to try it especially for those like me who suffer/suffered chronic long term pain
