Lovely experience with Muryem for lashes yesterday. Not only was she ok with me arriving early she very kindly added on an eyebrow tidy up/threading since I’d forgotten to add it to my booking. I also saw some fantastic cut and colour customers there too.

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

I’ve been going to Leah for years and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! It always looks amazing after every visit — she just gets it. Even when I mess things up trying to do it myself at home (which happens more than I care to admit), she never tells me off — just calmly works her magic and fixes it every time. An absolute gem!

The most amazing hair salon in Southampton! Stasey is a hair goddess! 🫶She'll work her magic on your hair and make you feel like a total superstar (When it comes to my hair, there's only one person I trust: Stacey!)! Despite an admin error on my part (I selected the wrong stylist), the girls were incredibly accommodating and managed to squeeze me in. I'd previously been elsewhere and ended up with a hair nightmare! Tianee corrected it as best she could without giving me a short back & sides, and gave me honesty with how it needs approaching and the length of time needed before we can really sort it. Note to self: don't cheat on your hairdresser, this is what happens when you stray!! Thank you you to all the girls, as always you're wonderful humans x

I’m so pleased I chose to have the Hifu procedure. Natalie explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was a bit painful in places but only for split second then it was gone. I felt a little bit tender in my jaw for an hour after but it was well worth it. I woke up this morning and was blown away when I looked in the mirror! two days after the procedure and my skin has tightened considerably around my jawline and cheek bones, the fine line around my eyes are nearly gone. I can’t wait to see how it’s going to look in 6 weeks.

First of all the salon looks stunning (Kardashian vibes 😜), everyone is so welcoming and lovely. Lucie did absolute wonders to my dry grown out hair I feel like a whole new person she nailed everything from the colour to cut, thank you so much and you definitely have a got a regular now 😁 Also this salon is hijabi friendly, Lucie made me feel so comfortable. I have been going to Evie for years and she never fails to make me feel comfortable. Evie always gives me advice and my hair has become so healthy. Flique also provide great drinks, especially Coffees which always help with early morning appointments! I couldn't recommend Flique, and especially Evie, enough.

Had my hair dyed for the first time by Maria and I absolutely love it! She really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect.

As someone who never wears makeup and never does anything out of my norm I get anxious about having any kind of treatment that may change my usual appearance. I had my eyebrows shaped by Amelia today and came out very happy. She listened to what I wanted and consulted with me before doing anything drastic. I couldn't be happier with my eyebrows or the way I was treated whilst in the salon. Was a super comfy and very pleasant treatment. Thank you Amelia
