Staff are brilliant, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and good at their skill set! I’ve never been to a beauty salon before and my 1st experience was perfect! Grace makes a great brew too! I was pampered, nothing was too much trouble! I had the express dermaplaning with fab results, an eyelash lift and tint and pedicure! My daughter goes to Kiki’s too for all her beauty needs and she wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10 from me 😁

I can't say enough good things about Kaci! From the moment I sit down, I feel completely comfortable and at ease. She has a true talent for understanding what I want, and her work is consistently amazing. Each visit is a joy, and I always leave feeling fantastic. Highly recommend!

Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I had a hydrafacial with dermaplanning and can’t believe how glowing my skin is. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Had the best dermaplaning facial.. it was an hour and half long and the therapist took her time to ensure it was done well.. skin feels great. Great value for money.. would recommend for sure!!
