Zoe was amazing for my laser hair removal session. She was knowledgable about the procedure and prepared me for what to expect. Zoe had a lovely ‘bed side manner’ and kept checking I was ok throughout the procedure. Highly professional and gave clear aftercare instructions and ability to manage expectations around results and future sessions that may be needed. Lovely clean feeling, modern clinic. Pure iv experience was brilliant , Hayley made me feel so comfortable and her clinic is amazing ! The process of getting the iv was very smooth as I was a bit nervous at the beginning but that went away in seconds !
