I tried the Eneka laser hair removal today, it was a straightforward and pleasant experience start to finish the session did not take long, the spa was well set up and my therapist was extremely professional and I felt like I was in good hands. I was advised of aftercare and preparation needs before the appointment and had a patch test beforehand to ensure there were no adverse reactions. The Eneka laser treatment was quick and painless, goggles were provided to protect my eyes and aloe gel afterwards for my comfort to reduce irritation of my skin

Can’t fault Lauren. Lovely woman, wonderful massage. Really enjoyed. Marred by a couple of things. My face didn’t really fit in the table hole - maybe it was too big? But a lack of padding around the rim caused me meaningful discomfort. Worse was the crash bang walloping from an adjoining room during my massage. I understand old buildings creak and groan as people move around, but if you know you have a paying client and that sound travels, you should be making a real effort to be tidying up as quietly as possible. A shame for someone else to have impacted the quality of Lauren’s work.

Had a massage with Emma. Simply fantastic! Spoke about a focus area on my back quickly before and she focused on it! Made such a difference to how I feel! Also offered some great advice on stretching and foam rolling to help some areas she found tight / knots in during the massage! Couldn’t recommend this experience more highly!

Today I had a body scrub and facial. Melody was very good, the facial was so relaxing, I fell asleep. My skin feels really smooth and soft. Thank you 😊

Best way to start the weekend, with absolutely no stress or tension whatsoever. Honestly feel like I’ve come out of a solid 8 hour deep sleep and feel ready for anything!

The Greenwich Spa is becoming one of my favourite places to go. I love the Iyashi Dome infratherapy sauna, it is an absolute favourite for me. If you haven't tried it, Do!!! The main benefits being detox, slimming, anti-ageing, and it improves sleep and relaxation. I am also doing a course of colonics which are really helping with my digestion and feeling more comfortable. Susanne has been excellent, and the rest of the team too. While you are there you feel comfortable and really well looked after.

I booked Indian head massage and full body with Melisa on Sunday. I've been suffering with some pretty gnarly tension headaches since I had whiplash in April so anything to distract me from that pain is very much welcomed. Melisa was kind and welcoming from the get-go and the salon was quaint, stylish and nice and quiet despite the people bustling around outside. The massage was incredible: I'm usually too tense to enjoy a massage and only feel the after affects, but by some miracle I was sound asleep by the end. Spent the next four hours in a relaxed daze.

I was initially late for my originally for my last appointment so had to pay another 45 and rebook for a hydrotherapy. The service was great and very professional. I feel amazing

My first time having colonic hydrotherapy. Melody was my therapist and she was amazing. For such an intrusive procedure, there wasn't an awkward moment as she put me at ease and explained every step as she went along. I am looking forward to my next session ☺️
