I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. I visited Pinnacle Body Rejuvenation for an eyelash lift and a Dry Brush detox Ritual and was extremely impressed by the skillful, professional and all round pleasant service delivered by Justyna. The Dry Brush Detox Ritual sent me into a deep state of relaxation. It included exfoliation with a brush, cleansing, steam therapy, a clay mask and a relaxing shoulder massage. I felt very taken care of and the whole experience left me feeling both soothed and refreshed. We followed this with an eyelash lift which has revitalised my eye area leaving me feeling fresh and youthful!

Trang is amazing. The treatment myofascial release is known to help fibromyalgia symptoms. Trang diagnosed my issue within minutes of meeting me. All very similar to what I’ve heard before and been trying to work on. Can’t wait to go back I will make it a regular treatment as there is proven efficacy for my symptoms.

Alexander has created something really special at Achilles Clinic. His approach to cupping is intelligent, calm, and highly tailored to the individual. He takes the time to understand your goals, movement patterns, and lifestyle before he starts the treatment. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had in cupping therapy.

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement! I’ll definitely be visiting weekly from now on. So glad I discovered Urban Therapy!

Training for CrossFit competitions left my shoulders and upper back constantly tight. The one hour cupping session made a noticeable difference straight away. My overhead movement felt smoother and less restricted the same week. Recovery between sessions has improved and the soreness doesn’t linger like before. Very effective treatment.
