I visited Greenwich Spa for my first colonic hydrotherapy and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I booked a deep tissue massage at Urban Therapy after weeks of tension in my shoulders and lower back. The therapist immediately identified tight areas I didn’t even realise were contributing to my discomfort.
