I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! Hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in London. Perfect for anyone glued to a desk all day!

Amazing facial as always. Nicole really knows my skin and even though I live on the other side of London I only come to her because I cant trust anyone else 😅 lovely to catch up after so long. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement! I’ll definitely be visiting weekly from now on. So glad I discovered Urban Therapy!

Amazing massage an stretching !!! Muscles felt so relaxed after and the PNF stretching at the end was really beneficial. David and Rohan are both incredible and can’t recommend them both enough for a deep sports massage.

Steph completely transported me in that massage! Not only was it deeply relaxing on my body but I’ve never felt so calm and clear in my mind during a treatment! I added on cupping and it seriously elevated the experience as Steph could work on other parts of my body while the cups did their thing! Would highly recommend as an add on! Xx

I had an incredible experience at Urban Therapy Clinic with their body massage and dry cupping treatment. My facial with Cleo was such a special experience - it really exceeded my expectations of what a facial could be. The lymphatic drainage massage and cupping did wonders for my nervous system, and I left not only looking like I had a new face, but feeling really revitalised and restored. If you want to feel nourishes inside and out, Cleo is your girl.

Great deep tissue massage and cupping therapy with Steph, super friendly and great chat, will be back soon.

If you spend all day hunched over a laptop, you need this. I booked the multi-technique session and they focused on my 'tech neck' using a blend of remedial techniques and neck mobilization. I have my full range of motion back! Highly recommend!

Can't recommend Felicia enough! Will be back. :)
