Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

I’ve struggled with persistent tightness in my back and shoulders, and after just one session, I felt a significant difference. The therapist was highly skilled, taking the time to understand my concerns before beginning the treatment. As an athlete, I usually find Swedish massages too light and Deep Tissue too painful. The Multi-Technique approach here is the 'Goldilocks' of massages—just right. It helped my recovery without leaving me feeling bruised.
