One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement! I’ll definitely be visiting weekly from now on. So glad I discovered Urban Therapy!

I had a full body massage by David and it was absolutely exceptional. He was highly professional throughout, and clearly very knowledgeable. The massage itself was fantastic, and even the table made a difference - it was heated and incredibly comfortable, which really enhanced the whole experience. What really stood out was how informative the session was. At the end, David took the time to explain where I was holding tension and showed me simple stretches to help improve those areas - which I found incredibly helpful. The service was outstanding from start to finish!

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.
