Nataliia is an artist! She totally nailed the vibe I wanted: a sleek, tight bun that still felt relaxed. My hair is very thick and curly, but she prepped it perfectly with a flawless wash and blow-dry. She used just the right amount of product—it felt light but stayed sturdy through endless hugs and dancing! From the trial to the big day (when she even opened early for me!), she was incredible. Kitty was so kind and professional. The manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and ear waxing that she did were all very well done and I enjoyed the services. I would highly recommend her services and will definitely visit the salon again for services next time I'm in London.

The massage was really good this time! There was just enough pressure. :) It paid off to tell the masseuse to put more pressure than last time. I felt sleepy the same evening and the morning after, but I think that’s normal.

Amazing hairdressers ! I went for a full colour , hair cut and blow dry . Lorena was over careful choosing the right colour for my hair and the whole experience was amazing . The whole team was making sure I was comfortable and with the heat wave I was offered multiple drinks which was very welcoming . I have already booked again ! Thanks so much to everyone .
