One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement! I’ll definitely be visiting weekly from now on. So glad I discovered Urban Therapy!

Jodie was very kind, professional and experienced. I loved my results and can definitely recommend her clinic.

Currently training for a marathon and have had a couple of problems areas with my right leg. After reading some reviews, I went for a sports massage here and Ghenadie was brilliant. He took the time to understand my current training load and problem areas before starting, then communicated clearly throughout the treatment. He also gave clear advice on stretches that I can do to help my condition at home. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend to anyone.

I had an incredible experience at Urban Therapy Clinic with their body massage and dry cupping treatment. I’ve struggled with persistent tightness in my back and shoulders, and after just one session, I felt a significant difference.
