I had an incredible experience at Urban Therapy Clinic with their body massage and dry cupping treatment. I’ve struggled with persistent tightness in my back and shoulders, and after just one session, I felt a significant difference. The relief was almost immediate—my muscles felt looser, and the built-up tension finally started to ease. The therapist was highly skilled, taking the time to understand my concerns before beginning the treatment. This was the best massage I have ever received. I do a lot of physical activity and my back and shoulders have so many pain points and in only one hour I feel like so many of my muscles opened up. Lamar really worked some magic. I highly recommend and look forward to the next time!

Great session! I usually feel exhausted by 3 PM due to back pain, but after this massage, my posture feels naturally upright. It’s like they reset my body's alignment. The stretching techniques were the highlight.

As someone who spends 8+ hours at a computer, my neck was permanently stuck. This multi-technique session focused heavily on my traps and scalenes. It’s the first time in months I haven’t had a tension headache. A total lifesaver for office workers!

Seriously, this is the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. I see Ghenadie in pure gym oval, he was giving people a free short trial run. The person before me said he felt great so I was keen to see what the fuss was about. So I e had lower back pain for over 2 months. 5 I explained I had lower back issues. Ghenadie was able to spot where my issue was within 5 minutes. I knew he was the real deal. I booked me and my partner in for a massage. I had an hour and half and my lower back pain was sorted. I was also given advice on what I should do to prevent this issue happening again.
