You are such a professional, outstanding place, very neat and clean when I am going there I feel that is my home. I am always so happy for the treatments I usually do. This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!
