Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. I have had many massages in london and abroad on holidays and must say I've never had one as good as this one. Thanks very much Sam.

LETS START WITH THE LOCATION ... I DID NOT KNOW THIS WORLD NEAR WESTFIELD STRATFORD EXISTED ... A QUITE AND BEAUTIFUL SHOP ... CAR PARKING IS A STONE THROW AWAY, ANOTHER MASSIVE CAR PARK VERY QUITE ... WITH NICE VIEWS OF THE CANAL ... I WAS SCEPTICAL AT FIRST BUT I CAME OUT FULLY RECOVERED AFTER MY MASSAGE ... I have always had an amazing and relaxing experience at this clinic! Each time, I leave with my skin feeling so rejuvenated. Also learnt some exercises and tips on how to relieve the tension on my face, which has greatly helped in reducing the frequency of my headaches. Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

Amazing facial with Cleo today - my skin looked and felt amazing afterwards, and I am still glowing. The lymphatic massage felt incredible and really helped to reduce puffiness and sculpt. As well as having magic hands Cleo was so warm - I felt totally at ease throughout (so much so I drifted off multiple times…). Will definitely book again soon.
