Elisa is simply amazing! So knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The salon space is very clean, relaxing and Elisa has a lovely energy. I had a dermaplaning facial with extractions (so gentle) and LED light therapy. I left with glowing skin and had a much better idea of how to correctly look after my skin after Elisa’s skin analysis and education on correct aftercare. Elisa went above and beyond and sent me a detailed skincare plan, I will definitely be back to do a course of peels! I also bought the sunscreen which is amazing, not greasy and super light weight. 10/10

A fantastic facial with Olivia. She has transformed my skin from reactive, red, irritated and dehydrated to even toned, plump and looking like I’ve had a holiday. Love the led treatment. Great advice on how to maintain it and her eyebrow shaping is always on point. I’ll be back next month.

Elisa is the absolute best. She is very welcoming and knows what she is doing. I left my appointment with my skin feeling refreshed and more knowledge on what routine and tips would be best for my skin concerns. She also provides a tailored skincare plan afterwards. Lovely massage for a new mama! Tinica was very gentle and gave me a very relaxing massage and facial, which were both much much needed. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very thoroughly. I’d highly recommend her!

I can’t express how amazing my experience was today at Re:lax, I had the lovely April (mas my therapist (I specifically chose her after seeing her on an ASMR artist’s channel) and she made the experience that much better, she was very knowledgeable and you can feel her expertise through the way she handles your face neck and shoulders, I had the opportunity to give myself some ‘me time’ and I left feeling amazing. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful facial, the best I’ve ever had! Not a thoughtful receptionist experience though. Not acknowledged upon arrival even though the call was internal, this lasted about ten minutes. I was then offered water and asked if it was my first time and the interaction ended there, no information etc. after I finished the receptionist wasn’t there, and another customer waiting looked very confused. She arrived back 5 mins later, mistook me for a new customer (though only one of two during that hour and a half). Payment was taken very transactionally, coldly. Not at all what clients should expect

It was dreamy! Staff were absolutely lovely, and therapist was knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. Treatment itself was very relaxing but at the same time my skin felt revived and rejuvenated. I felt like a new person. Will definitely return!

Olivia was wonderful and very knowledgeable about what she does. She came to our home with all of her equipment and explained everything throughout my tanning treatment. My tan was perfect and I was delighted with the outcome and Olivia’s beautiful, calm manner.
