Another great visit. Nice place and amazing service from Sim. I booked few different services already: 1h Relaxing Full Body Massage with 10 min extra head massage and Gel manicure twice. All my appointments were with Sim, she was very professional and friendly. I am very satisfied! :) Highly recommended!

Incredible experience! Attention to detail and service was exceptional overall. I got the 45 min spa + 45 min Swedish massage, and would recommend it to everyone! You have the spa area all to yourself, with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and shower. Lots of attention to detail to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The massage itself was also excellent and very professional. Although it was my first time, I felt very comfortable and left as a happy customer.

Delia did a good job on my hydro dermabrasion facial. My skin is smooth and glowing after the treatment. She took what i said before the treatment of what my concerns were and made sure i would get those results. I went in for a back massage as i had tension on my shoulders and Delia took the time working on this area to get those knots out, and i now feel less tensed. The pressure and technique was very good. Delia did a great job on the treatments and she is a great person to have as your therapist as she will take care of you and make sure all your needs are met.

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was really firm whilst also relaxing. I had lots of knots and she really focused on those areas so I feel alot looser now. I then had a facial from Irene who was amazing, my face looks so much more plump and a completely different shape to as I came in. My skin was visibly cleaner. Thanks so much to both

My second session with Jeff, even better than the first. He provides a relaxing environment and excellent full body massage. Knowledgeable and effortless use of safety protocols helped further put my mind at ease. He offered scrub down in the shower afterwards and I left feeling totally at ease. LETS START WITH THE LOCATION ... I DID NOT KNOW THIS WORLD NEAR WESTFIELD STRATFORD EXISTED ... A QUITE AND BEAUTIFUL SHOP ... CAR PARKING IS A STONE THROW AWAY, ANOTHER MASSIVE CAR PARK VERY QUITE ... WITH NICE VIEWS OF THE CANAL ... I WAS SCEPTICAL AT FIRST BUT I CAME OUT FULLY RECOVERED AFTER MY MASSAGE ... I AM GOING BACK WITH MY DAUGHTER ... I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE. 10 OUT OF 10.
