I was made to feel very welcome the moment I entered the clinic. Mercedes was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My procedure was botox and under eye polynucleotide. my lines under my eyes have reduced dramatically. I couldn't be any happier. She truly expert and phenomenal at what she does. Mercedes explained the treatment throughly and was very caring which put me at ease. 100% recommend Mercedes. Will return back for more treatments.

I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. I am currently having my nails done by Ella and honestly, she is absolutely amazing! Ella is so professional and great at her craft! A really effective lymphatic drainage massage. I love that my abs look really defined when I leave. I also feel my cellulite is gradually improving.

Relaxing treatment and a good chat. Would definately recommend :)

Second session and it’s been amazing, I’m looking forward to the others and I can definitely see myself booking another 5, I was in a lot of pain post op and after the first session I was so much more mobile and barely touched the painkillers I had from the surgeon, not to mention the reduction in swelling I could see my waist coming back for the first time!
