Joan is professional, warm and passionate about what she does. Her advice is on point, she addressed all issues and concerns I had, not pushing products on me. Had a wonderful experience with Zea today. We shared interesting cultural conversation and she provided exceptional service. I was a little shocked at the cost though compared to my usual hair salon that I have used in the past.
