I am beyond impressed with my nano/ ombre brow tattoo from Joan. I specifically choose this technique because I have very light and faded eyebrows. Joan's attention to symmetry during the mapping phase was incredible. Joan is very patient and I ask her to do abit more strokes at the front, she's happy to do. She just wants all her customer to walk out happy. I love the service! 5 stars. I see you again for my 6 weeks touch up.

Joan is professional, warm and passionate about what she does. Her advice is on point, she addressed all issues and concerns I had, not pushing products on me. The service was great and exceptionally hospitable. Usually, I get nervous about retouching my deadlocks due to pain on my scalp. Surprisingly, this entire process was smooth and pain-free. Had a wonderful experience with Zea today. We shared interesting cultural conversation and she provided exceptional service. I was a little shocked at the cost though compared to my usual hair salon that I have used in the past.

Amazing experience and even more amazing result! Joan did my brows microblading and, honestly, I cant get over how perfect it came out. Joan took time to map and make sure I was happy with planned shape. She was attentive to my requests, making sure I was comfortable throughout procedure. She mixed perfect color as well as I'm quite picky with it. She also has a vast knowledge on all things eyelashes, skin and skin issues solutions. I highly recommend Joan and her services!

Joan was very helpful. This was my first time braiding my hair, and so I opted for cornrows. She did an amazing job despite my hair being on the shorter side in which she said earlier she was confident in doing. My hair is not tight at all. Overall, great vibes, great chat and great advice.
