I've been long overdue for some self care and decided to book myself for the HydraGlow Facial. I'd had an amazing experience with the previous owner a couple years before, so I was a little disappointed when I arrived for my appointment and was told the business had changed ownership. Within minutes of starting my service I realized I had nothing to worry about. I was literally in good hands. AMAZING. They care so much about their clients here and always do the best job. I got my first session of laser done a month ago here and literally haven’t needed to shave since. I went back to Raw Tropics and had another great experience. The full-body wood therapy was honestly the highlight for me. It felt really good and helped my body feel more relaxed and refreshed. I felt a lot of care and intention was part of my session. I also did the sauna, which was super calming. I also had a wax done with Kim, who was amazing. She was patient, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Overall, the experience was a solid 10/10. I’m already looking forward to my facial next week and doing more wood therapy. Such a good experience every time.
