I had a root touch-up and haircut with Summer, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Summer recommended a layered cut, and I’m so glad I trusted her advice. She also did an excellent job with my root touch-up. My hair looked so great that it put me in a great mood all day! This was my first visit to the salon, and every staff member I interacted with was professional and kind. The entire experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. I live in Seattle, but I would honestly make the trip back to Vancouver just to have my hair done here again.

Olivia is great! She listened to everything I said and did exactly that. She understood what I was looking for and made sure that I was happy at the end. Her head massage is strong which I love. Felt comfortable and relaxed during the appointment. Took the time to not be on my phone and just relax. For anyone visiting: Downtown Vancouver is tough for parking so keep that in mind when planning the time of the trip. I went from being 10 mins early to being late 😅.

Went in for highlights and left super satisfied. I had a style in mind and Brooke delivered pretty much exactly what I had pictured. Brooke was very lovely and explained things to me very clearly as it was my first time doing something like this. Will 100% return if I decide to do something like this again.
