Olivia is great! She listened to everything I said and did exactly that. She understood what I was looking for and made sure that I was happy at the end. Her head massage is strong which I love. Felt comfortable and relaxed during the appointment. Took the time to not be on my phone and just relax. For anyone visiting: Downtown Vancouver is tough for parking so keep that in mind when planning the time of the trip. I went from being 10 mins early to being late 😅.

Went in for highlights and left super satisfied. I had a style in mind and Brooke delivered pretty much exactly what I had pictured. Brooke was very lovely and explained things to me very clearly as it was my first time doing something like this. Will 100% return if I decide to do something like this again. Nuvida Coal Harbour is one of the most visually unique salons I've visited. The interior feels a bit like walking into Khazad-dum from Lord of the Rings, if it were transformed into a bright, well sunlit luxury salon. The arches and cavernous layout make the whole space feel grand and immersive while still being warm and cozy. My favorite hairstylist here is Jimmy. He is incredibly attentive, remembers exactly how I like my hair cut, and executes it with consistent precision every time. On top of that, he's just great to talk to, which makes the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing.
