Irina skilfully and sensitively weaves Ayurvedic techniques into her full body massage. I particularly appreciated how sensory the treatment was - from the scent and feel of dosha-matching oils, to the carefully selected music, the low lighting provided by candles and Irina’s touch, which perfectly balanced firmness with a rhythm that sent my mind and body into deep relaxation. Irina's healing hands are an absolute joy. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very clearly before we got started. The head and face massage were so calming I was instantly relaxed. After the full body massage I left on a cloud smelling of beautiful oils. The next day really surprised me as it felt like a cloud had been lifted from my head and I have been able to articulate my thoughts more clearly since. I would highly recommend her talents to anyone. I am extremely grateful for the experience.
