Having a combination of a head, body and face massage with Irina was just the most ideal reset and like no massage I’ve had before. I felt both energised and relaxed, and like time had stood still! Irina skilfully and sensitively weaves Ayurvedic techniques into her full body massage. I particularly appreciated how sensory the treatment was - from the scent and feel of dosha-matching oils, to the carefully selected music, the low lighting provided by candles and Irina’s touch, which perfectly balanced firmness with a rhythm that sent my mind and body into deep relaxation. I’ve had a series of abdomen treatments, and they’ve been a really positive experience. I’ve noticed improvements in my digestion, my stomach feels more toned, and the treatments have made me much more aware of what I’m eating and encouraged me to take better care of my overall health. I also feel they’ve helped me process other things emotionally, and I have noticeably more energy than before. Overall, I’m really pleased with the results and would happily recommend them.

Irina's healing hands are an absolute joy. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very clearly before we got started. The head and face massage were so calming I was instantly relaxed. After the full body massage I left on a cloud smelling of beautiful oils. The next day really surprised me as it felt like a cloud had been lifted from my head and I have been able to articulate my thoughts more clearly since. I would highly recommend her talents to anyone. I am extremely grateful for the experience.
