As soon as Sehar touched my face was relaxed. She has such a firm and gentle touch. I have very sensitive skin, so Sehar explained what she’d be using and I felt completely reassured and confident that I wouldn’t have a reaction. Post treatment my face is SNATCHED and glowing. I have a runny nose which is a great sign - my lymphatic system is doing its job. The aftercare was top tier and easy to remember and follow. This is my second facial with Sehar and I wouldn’t have it any other way. See you next time, Sehar!

Staff are always warm and welcoming.I started with the infrared sauna which was the ideal way to start my session.I followed this with a massage and facial with Beth.The attention to what my body and face needed was impeccable and I left feeling fantastic. If you are looking for a place to truly decompress, Leyabelle is it. Marina and Oksana are miracle workers. I had the facial and relaxing massage package, and the level of care was unmatched. They both played a huge part in my healing journey and helped me find a sense of peace I hadn’t felt in a long time. 10/10 experience

I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!

Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

My face after C Vitamin facial was so glowing and feeling fresh. Very happy! Highly recommended Rita. She is warm and friendly and excellent at what she does.
