I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!

My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

My face after C Vitamin facial was so glowing and feeling fresh. Very happy! Highly recommended Rita. She is warm and friendly and excellent at what she does.

Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

Received the Rio peel facial, lemon bottle and 0.5 lip filler today and I already feel 10 times more confident. Farhat is so lovely and informative made me feel very comfortable. Will 100% be coming back! X

Had the best time here, went for the Japanese head spa and facial. The lady was sooo sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She was super gentle and attentive to my needs.

Always have an amazing experience with Citrine Clinic! I have been a returning customer for many years now and cannot fault the ladies, especially Nazia and Zafreen for their amazing customer service. Zafreen always goes above and beyond for the services she provides on the day - whether it is a quick eyebrow appointment or even lengthier appointments like facial or body laser treatments -she has always been a gem! Time truly goes so fast that before i know it the session has come to an end. I highly recommend this clinic if you want to look and feel amazingly rejuvenated and relaxed!

I’ve visited Polishing and Plumper for the third time, and I’ve always had a really great experience at this salon. Today, Hamama did my waxing, and she did an excellent job. I originally came just for waxing, but I also got my eyebrows done because I really liked her work. I’m especially happy with my acrylics—Tom did an amazing job, even better than I expected. I will definitely be coming back again.

I had an olaplex hair spa and gold facial done , service was great and done beautifully with care and expertise .

It was my first time to do deep facial with Elena and it was excellent! Very gentle and attentive. Happy with my results and will come back again. The only thing I would recommend next time is tu put relaxing music on not to hear hairdryer sounds around and enjoy the time. Thanks

As soon as Sehar touched my face was relaxed. She has such a firm and gentle touch. I have very sensitive skin, so Sehar explained what she’d be using and I felt completely reassured and confident that I wouldn’t have a reaction. Post treatment my face is SNATCHED and glowing. I have a runny nose which is a great sign - my lymphatic system is doing its job. The aftercare was top tier and easy to remember and follow.
