We got a facial , threading and waxing walk- in appt. Bhoni did most of the work. She was very professional and her facial tech were traditional. She did waxing too and certainly knew what she was doing. However, the salon was not clean at all. One could see hair almost everywhere and on everything. The nail section was dusty , the floor was full of chopped hair. The facial room’s music was too loud.the lights were working. They charged quite a heavy amount , but the feel of customer-importance was missing. The noise from the reception very frequently disrupted the facial room.

I took my daughters and a friend for a pampering sessions, they had manicures and I had the facial and deluxe pedicure. Excellent service by the manager and the nail technicians made my daughters feel special. They were very happy with their nails, and my facial was amazing. I had the Skin Polish Resurfacing Facial today with Nicole and it was absolutely wonderful. My skin feels so refreshed, and the lymphatic massage at the end was the perfect finishing touch.
