As soon as Sehar touched my face was relaxed. She has such a firm and gentle touch. I have very sensitive skin, so Sehar explained what she’d be using and I felt completely reassured and confident that I wouldn’t have a reaction. Post treatment my face is SNATCHED and glowing. I have a runny nose which is a great sign - my lymphatic system is doing its job. The aftercare was top tier and easy to remember and follow. This is my second facial with Sehar and I wouldn’t have it any other way. See you next time, Sehar!

Staff are always warm and welcoming.I started with the infrared sauna which was the ideal way to start my session.I followed this with a massage and facial with Beth.The attention to what my body and face needed was impeccable and I left feeling fantastic. My first Deep Cleansing Facial and it was AMAZING! Yoko was incredibly attentive and she really understood my skin concerns. I have hormonal acne on my chin and jawline and this facial has really helped with those painful cysts. I will definitely be booking another facial soon!

I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!

Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! I’ve visited Polishing and Plumper for the third time, and I’ve always had a really great experience at this salon. Today, Hamama did my waxing, and she did an excellent job. I originally came just for waxing, but I also got my eyebrows done because I really liked her work. I’m especially happy with my acrylics—Tom did an amazing job, even better than I expected. I will definitely be coming back again.

It was my first time to do deep facial with Elena and it was excellent! Very gentle and attentive. Happy with my results and will come back again. The only thing I would recommend next time is tu put relaxing music on not to hear hairdryer sounds around and enjoy the time. Thanks
